My husband has just started an application to book an appointment online with a system that is clearly not fit for purpose, nor is there any number to contact people for help, despite the astronomical prices for processing things on behalf of many governments. No one (or number) to call, no chat system, no 21st century support or help system. and now we wait for a reply to their contact page, which could take for ever... Unbelievable, though not surprising for 'contemporary' technological solutions. Oh for the days of human beings interfacing with human beings! Looking through the rest of the reviews, I wonder what or who this agency is and whether it is even legitimate! Since I couldn't get past the booking screen (the system failed me, as with others), I am probably going to back out and find another route.

I booked my son's biometrics appointment throught the TLS website for Tuesday 21 July, we flew into Madrid from Barcelona early in the morning just for the day. When we got to the TLS Visa Application Centre in Madrid, the office was closed. My disappointment was beyond anything imaginable. How come 1) nobody got in touch to let us know of the new opening hours? 2) TLS hasn't updated their booking website?

i submitted my passports after winning my case from home office i rushed in tls madrid 2020 aling my 2 youngs ones staff was too good.iin january aftet waitung so long i went to tls but they excuseed me bwcause they kepg my passport were i drop ha year ago 3 weeks agi they said we ard sorry we eill return passpirts .....i am still waitin do you guys realise your neglegense destroy a year from our lifes especially mt kids i won the casd from croug aftr appal....madrid on 28 feb

Its been 40 days since my Visa Aplication went to dessicion making. I did not recive any email or update until now. I cant even track mt aplication in the TLS App. Pls fix what should i do? This is worst!!

The worst experience ever, the worst customer service! I have applied for EEA visa on the 2nd MARCH 2020 to visit London in April for 3 days! It has been passed 10 months since I saw my passport for the last time. I have sent a lot of emails requesting my passport back. In November I sent an email to UK immigration and they have passed 2 time (for 15 working days) my request for cancellation to another department. I has passed 2 months, no passport, no cancellation and I am no saying anything about the refund. They have ruined my year, I cannot with my family in Ukraine, I cannot travel at all!!!! If you lost my passport, just tell me! No phone to call, no chat! To contact UK immigration you need to pay! I am still waiting for my passport otherwise I will take legal measurements! You have no rights to keep my passport away from me!
