As someone who has physical problems, living in a remote area and without technology to help me, I thought IOM were the answer to my prayers. However polite they may be, efficient they are not! After over 8 months trying to get my residencia arranged, countless telephone calls, a meeting and friends emailing on my behalf, I was left to print my own forms, fill them in myself and copy my own ID. I got to within 24 hours of not meeting the original deadline for transferring my driving licence until a friend recommended TFX in Pinoso. They took the job out of my hands and sorted the issues out in no time at all.(Something that IOM seemed incapable of!) As I understand it the IOM are being paid by the UK government for a service that, in my case, caused additional stress and worry. I have had to pay for someone to assist me now, when I really can't afford it, but for peace of mind, well worth it. NOT recommended!
