This is a must stop when in Madrid. We started with the gazpacho which was top-notch. Had the lamb and it was the most tender, flavorful lamb I’ve tasted. I had the suckling pig last year and it was wonderful. Service was very attentive, nice ambience.

This is one of the oldest restaurant in the world (mention in Guiness Book of World Records). A must try for its ambience and the lamb and suckling pig.

Nice food. The chorizo were tasty. The garlic shrimp too salty. Portions are on the heavy side so we were almost full when the suckling pig was served. Very nicely cooked. Potatoes were nice and the lemon sorbet with cava a nice finish. A little pricey though.
