I urgently needed a blood count and thyroid panel. I contacted them via phone then sent email details on 23 Oct. I am here for work for 2 nights. They tell me they won’t accept my UK prescription, and I have to see a local GP to have a new prescription before going to their lab, but no GP appointments while I am here. I found another solution. They emailed me at 21:34 on 25 October saying I could come in on 25 October. They made a stressful situation even more stressful with general incompetence or just lack of care. They called it a misunderstanding but unless you don’t know how a clock or a calendar works, I don’t see what can be misunderstood.

It’s a small hospital in a nice area & it unexpectedly made me feel like it’s a village clinic.. let me explain why: Went to get blood & urine test and they told me I had to go to a pharmacy across the street to buy a urine container. First time in my life I’ve had to buy a urine container for a urine test in a hospital.. I’m just glad that the syringes & gauze was free lol. Waiting times was ok (only had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time for an ecografia) & blood tests were on walk in basis. Staff was friendly enough even though nobody spoke English. All in all, a sufficient hospital for simple tests
Disaster. An hour plus wait time with appointment through Sanitas. No communication re procedure. List scammy 902 number as hospital number. Amazing they are still able to do this.
the care i received at the emergency room was quite good! nurses are super nice and accommodating.
Great emergency service. Their staff is always active and ready to help
