High quality food and therefore a bit pricey but totally worth. Food is fresh, wholesome and delicious. You have to try the tomato and lettuce - both are amazing! Also, at the end we got a lettuce to take home which I think it’s a lovely present as you are able to see how they grow this beautiful leaves in the restaurant window.

I loved the food so I’ll give it 3 stars. Minus 2 stars because I was charged for 3 people when I ordered the meat that was for 2 people. I ordered many other dishes too. I’m not happy with that. This restaurant has a good reputation for its food but I won’t be back.
Where vegetables are the star, starting as an infamous importer and supplier of top produce to the best restaurants in Madrid to farmer turned restauranteur presents a vegetable forward Basque menu. As a solo diner, I swung by for a quick lunch between flights and was immediately offered half portions, so I could try more items. The old tomato is certainly a star here very simply presented with peppery olive oil and vinegar. Early season Artichokes with foie also a highlight. Vast gin selection.
Nice place, anyone should try their salad and tomato. Nice staff.
My husband and I stopped here for lunch and we were a little underprepared for how sophisticated this place is. Absolutely delicious olive oil and bread, huevos with truffles and lamb chops. Just mind your manners in this place (don’t chew on the lamb chops like I did, haha)
