I had an amazing time with a few friends and family, not gonna lie, it was a bit challenging but it wouldn't have been fun otherwise, will definitely repeat the experience with more people!

Extremely disappointing experience. I came for a nice treat for my birthday and left the place fuming, angry and in tears. Instead of being challenging, the Cold War room is designed in a messy and random way. They claim that the game is non-sequential to create additional difficulty. It just means that the clues are placed randomly in the room with no logic link between puzzles. But you are still expected to solve the puzzles in a specific order in order to proceed. A non sequential game should mean that you can solve the puzzles in your preferred order, but no, it has to be done in the set order that you have no way of knowing. This does not make the game difficult or challenging, just frustrating. It throws too much information on you in the beginning and before you had a chance to figure it out, the games master starts throwing hints at you. The hints were patronising, annoying and not helpful. After such an expensive and frustrating experience, all I can say is that my birthday day out was completely ruined.

I love this place!! I'm from the US and my boyfriend is Russian. We decided to try our very first escape room EVER last night. We chose the Art Merchant after speaking to Lily who told us this was one of the most popular rooms they have. We absolutely loved it. For first timers, they explained the game and rules very well and thoroughly. We had Oriana as our Game Master. Everyone at the location spoke both English and Spanish. This was a concern of mine since my boyfriend is still a beginner at Spanish. All of the Escape rooms are bilingual. Oriana was an AWESOME Game master. She made sure we had all the information we needed before starting. At 63 minutes in (out of 66 minutes), we successfully completed Art Merchant!! We loved this place so much that we came back the next day to try one of their hardest rooms (Cold War). Cold War is no noke but we actually did quite good. Unfortunately we missed the mission just by a few seconds. Although we did not pass, we still felt like winners. It was an awesome room. Our Game Master John played the part very well and knew exactly when a hint would really help us out. If we had more time in Madrid, I would definitely return to try the other rooms. THANKS GUYS for such a fun and memorable time :D !!!!
