Incredible customer service and knowledge of the employees. I went here for inline skates and the gentleman asked me my shoe size, and my skill level (just learning). He brought out a perfect pair fitting me wonderfully, helped show me how the buckles and everything work, encouraged me to try them a little in the store (small space but enough to get a feel). He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I am very happy with my experience and my new skates! I highly recommend Cóndor for any sports equipment needs you might have.

I generally prefer shopping online because the service nowadays in big chain stores is impersonal, if it exists at all. Condor is definitely an exception to that rule. As a beginner in boxing, the staff at the store were patient and professional while giving me excellent recommendations for the right gear to get started. Having the owner on site makes all the difference, I will definitely be back!
