Wonderful experience! This was the perfect place for our double date/birthday dinner. Elena (the manager) was very professional and accommodating. Great place and delicious food!! Best “blue”’cheesecake ever!

Cilindro si definitely on my top lost of restaurants in Madrid. Very creative, yet full of flavour, dishes at a reasonable price. The menu is relatively short, which I like, but covers a very wide variety of dishes with a Peruvian DNA, but with a very interesting fusion twist. Highly recommended! :-b

Presentation is appealing, eye catching, the best. Taste is good but could be better. Price is expensive and portions are small.

What a discovery! Walking down Don Ramon de la Cruz I found this Peruvian restaurant with new interpretations of some traditional dishes such as ceviche and tiraditos. Delicious!!! I love Peruvian food and have tried quite a few restaurants even Astrid & Gastón in Lima. Cilindro is definitely worth it. It attracts a young, stylish crowd and offers some 20 options roughly between starters and main courses, while some 5 dessert options. The wine card is smaller. Price-wise Peruvian cuisine is not cheap because of all the fresh ingredients particularly fish but they also offer raciones and half raciones. Service was friendly and quick.

Good Peruvian food with a contemporary twist. Great ceviche. Original octopus. Premises and service are good but not great. 45 per person for a complete meal.
