Stopped in by chance for breakfast yesterday morning. Wife and son had pancakes which looked excellent and both enjoyed. I had the Bowler Hat. Slightly smaller version of the full English, and added black pudding. Black pudding was a little overcooked for my liking but was tasty enough and everything else was excellent. Highly recommended. Charming little place.

This is a fantastic little Gem. A cafe style Tearoom providing top quality food and drinks. Try the full English and a slab of Victoria sponge.
Picked up our lunch here and went to the beach. Good coffee, nice sandwiches and *really* good chips. Friendly service too. Definitely worth the few extra steps inland rather than grabbing food from the beach takeaways.
We went for breakfast every morning while we were there in holiday. The coffee is really good (I'm Italian, I know ) and also the food, I loved the American pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and the sandwich are also very tasty.
Wow just collected breakfast from Madhatters this morning. The bacon was thick cut , the sausage was so tasty. Put a photo on, but had taken a bite out of hash brown! Will definitely be back. Thank you so much
