This Macy's is a very large store. I enjoy that you are able to get around without running into someone. Social distancing is in effect however some people still walks up on you without regards to the pandemic.

Only did a pickup of an online order but pickup was directly inside South Entrance where I parked and I was processed quickly. I looked around while the clerk got my items and there were customers shopping in-store at 8:30 PM on a Tuesday night. From what I could see from my location at the pickup counter, the store is well stocked (i.e., I could not see any empty shelves or racks anywhere).
I am very much hurted with the behavior of the store manager. She was so arrogant and said she is not going to take my return. She just gave a lame reason that the cloth is missing a tag. I showed two tags that came along with the cloth. She wasn’t accepting it and was firm saying she will not accept. I asked another staff but it appeared they all were influenced by this lady and don’t want to take a chance. I produced the same tags in other store and they accepted it with a ‘smile''. I bet that this lady is a true BRAND SPOILER. I am never going to Dulles town center Macy’s anymore.
Very good deals and not crowded at all.
