Not actually been in-house here but will at some point this is a review of their black pudding ... It is a great blend of sweet and beautiful with a good after taste and fat which adds to the meaty flavour ... One drawback when dry cooking it tends to be sodden with grease fryingt whilst adding to the flavour it makes it crumbly ... Very moist!
