This is the 3rd Suzuki I have owned and I love them. The sales team at Macklin Motors couldn't have done anymore for me and made sure I was 110% happy with my car and the offer put together for me. I will defiantly return to Macklin for my 4th Suzuki!

Everyone please shop around! This garage wanted to charge me 424 for 2nd warranty service on my Suzuki Vitara, when other garages for exactly same service (booked via Suzuki website) charge around 250!! Initially agent on the phone tried to tell me that other places wouldn’t offer same service with that price but later on agreed to match the price!! No thank you. Would rather give my money to someone else, not here - when they try to rip you off! Disgraceful!
As i approached said establishment and the building came within eyeshot i knew this; would be a very good day. Scenery was beautiful. People were beyond amazing. Also the thought that after being at such a pristine, high quality and serene place i could enjoy some tasty nosh as the scent of greggs comes round the corner. Would give 10 stars if i could. Will bring the kids next time xx
Horrendous, purely money orientated. charge ridiculously inflated fees and their warranty is not worth the paper its written on.
Friendly and helpful staff. Don't push into quick decision and give time to think about your choice
