The sales people are awful. Stating they won't fix minor issues as they don't make any money from the car.
Excellent customer service. I bought my first ever car from Macklin Motors. The branch team was very friendly and helpful and all the process went smoothly. All in all one happy customer. I highly recommend this branch.
Many thanks to Julie and the team for outstanding customer service. Recently moved to the area and took our i30 for a repair at Hyundai Edinburgh West for the first time. Really pleased with their professionalism and excellent service. Highly recommended.
A five star service at the Hyundai Edinburgh west . Can’t recommend enough. All the dealings etc were super smooth and easy. Alex was very friendly and made me comfortable , never felt under any kind of pressure to buy . Arun, the branch manager , was very helpful and supportive and he made sure what my needs were and what I was looking for . Got everything sorted for the day and time I wanted to pick my new car . Highly recommended.
