Macklin Motors Ford Glasgow

Put a deposit on a car, went to collect it, and the previously discussed fixing of a dent was not done properly and had scratches all over it. Looked like it was done with a hammer! Spoke to the manager Mark about it and had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They did not even want to deal with my service, they said take it or leave it. He got very aggressive and swore at me a few times and was intimidating and got very personal with negative comments about me. Told me to get off the premises. Its NOT the way to deal with customers at all. Avoid at all costs !!!!

You always get a five star service at macklin motor's and the staff are first class Alan my dealer was excellent at ford Glasgow.

The staff were friendly & helpful,although I was informed that the work my car was booked in for would be a 45 minute job,it actually ended up being 2 hours and 45 minutes!

I had seen a car on Macklin Motors, I called and made an appointment, when I got to the dealership the salesman was brilliant, he listened to what I was looking for and showed me the car he was able to answer all my questions in a professional manner. The whole process from start to finish was done in a relaxed and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Macklin Motors Ford Glasgow.

Great service, Mondeo came back washed! Very happy with Macklin motors. Very helpful and friendly blonde lady on reception (sorry I forgot your name) but special shoutout to her.
