I had no problems with this loan company at all until I took out a loan and I paid half off early and I got a email saying I have a remaining balance of 187 so I thought that’s what I would have to pay on my next payment date. Then they take 230 out of my account the original payment on my contract I emailed them and I didn’t get a response so I called them and I talked to a lady and she had a very unpleasant tone with me and kept explaining the same thing after I told her I understood what she was telling me and I told her I’m not sure why I got the email saying I had a remaining balance of 187 left and she said she didn’t know why I got that email either that it didn’t show on her side and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional who I talked to her name was danielle and made me uncomfortable to get a loan with this company again. Right after she hung up I got a email back saying the 187 was only if I had paid back the same day it did not say that anywhere in the email I got. They should have included that in the email instead of having me think that was all I needed to pay back my next payment. I. replied telling them how upset I was with how I was treated and no reply. I will not be getting loans from this company again from how unprofessional I was treated and how uncomfortable it made me. She had also asked for my social insurance number over the phone.

This loan company is awsome my credit score isnt not that impressive at all but when I needed a loan I applied with them and I was expecting the same answer of all the rest but by my surprise I was approved by them and I still use them all the time so if you need a cash loan or pay day loan choose Express loans they are fast and you get your loan promptly. I actually like everything about this company ,they treat you respectfully, they unlike alot of other lending companies dont try to give u more then they know you can't financially payback without placing yourself in a trap were you have to keep borrowing over and over and over cause if u don't you wouldn't be able to live the next month ,even now the amount I paid back is a choice if I want to re-borrow ,I'm in no way so far in debt by paying what I receive that I can't walk away ,where other companies I have tried you fall into a trap and then comes Christmas they take all your money but won't help you tell new years , ...I was surprised and happy when I was offered to payback in 2 monthly payments during the holidays that shows they care about there clients financial situation,,so highly recommend and thanks guys for the help anytime i need it
