Bryony is an absolutely amazing consultant! I had a couple of registrations for other recruitment agencies already but it was all about giving them my details and talking about what I expect job wise. Bryony is a very attentive, friendly and professional Consultant! During the interview we discussed how I can improve my CV and what qualifications I can get. Her way of communication and attitude inspired me to sign up for a course on the very same day! I just want to say a huge THANK YOU for your help! You were VERY HELPFUL already with all the suggestions that I am sure will definitely help me now and moving forward!️ I highly recommend the Agency and Bryony Cooper if you are looking for a job!️

Bad experience with a new rep. Quickly guided through to phone interview with the client, was then promised a face to face interview by client. No interview surfaced through Macildowie. Let down, and unsure what happened, I called. The rep was stressed and rude when I called to ask what was happening, he said he had told me the day before, I never called the day before. Rep gave the excuse that the client changed their mind about the interview because I sounded too keen on the role (what was I supposed to sound like?!). I don't feel Macildowie arranged what was promised by the client and they made a bad excuse to cover up their poor interview co-ordination. They dropped the ball, at my cost.

Worked 10 years in accounts and as finance manager recently. Applied for several roles from Beth and Josh (in Milton Keynes) but never got a response but imagine my amazement when Beth emails me a credit controller role. Great! After 10 years preparing management accounts Macildowie sees me fit for credit control. I can imagine the reasoning and common sense prevailing on that company.
