Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated walking into the store. The tubby bloke behind the counter jumped on me soon as I walked in about not wearing a mask, I explained I was exempt and can prove it with my card he ignored this fact and went on to tell me I could not walk around the store and had to stand at the front by the door. Appalling behavior by machine mart staff discriminating against me because my disability. Head office will be getting an email.

WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS - Bought a petrol generator 3 months ago that cost over 300 it has now stopped working. Machine Marts policy is to take the machine back to be inspected by an engineer and then repaired or replaced which takes approx 2 weeks. The Carl the branch manager at Bristol is unable to offer a replacement and customer services in Nottingham put the phone down on me! My advice would be to seek alternative supplier who takes Customer Sat seriously and values their customers. Machine Mart do not!
