Actually, pizza was first cooked in Italy for Andrea Doria, an important Admiral of Genoa’s Republic, before the discovery of America.the beginning pissa was only seasoned with anchovies, olives and onion and matured for an average of 60 to 90, using strong flour that helps the dough to rise slowly at fridge temperature with a small quantity of natural yeast. This results in a tastier pissa.eover, we do Focaccia di Recco: a very thin layer of dough made just with flour, Liguria olive oil and with Stracchino cheese in the middle. e and lose yourself in this culinary journey full of flavours, history and passion.

Wow, that's an amazing restaurant. Reminded me of a visit to Florence, when they bring you the steak before they start cooking it. TBone steak was cooked to perfection. Also make sure that you order their focaccia with cheese, it's nothing like a regular focaccia. Also, very good wine, would recommend the Primitivo. The place is not cheap, but also not super expensive. The steak on the picture cost 60GBP, and it could be enough for 3 people, or two very hungry ones. In total, it was 120GBP for two including tip. Would definitely return.

The Hanger steak was really good, soft and tasty. The lamb was good but should be softer. Pasta was too simple and not worth the price. Spinach was just alright.

If you are a meat lover - this is the place! Italian butchers - you can order steak by grams or kilos , depending on how hungry you are! Some good wine and steak tartars to start with, and lovely Tiramisu to finish. Good selection of cocktails and wines

What. A. Night. Seeing as we haven't visited a steakhouse since March 2020, the cravings for red meat were strong and the steaks were high. Between the three of us - we had a T Bone and Ribeye steak totalling 1.5kg. It was definitely the right call. We didn't really eat much that day to prepare for this dinner and it did not disappoint. They also had all their covid measures in place, when we sat down we were greeted by 4 QR codes - 1 for NHS, 1 for extended Eat Out to Help Out, 1 for the food menu and 1 for the wine list. It was all very smooth, just like their red wine selection. Big fan of this branch! Will definitely come again for another hungry meat up.
