Used several times in the past and each time the customer service has been awful. If you are happy to wait between 30 mins to an hour for your prescription then this is the place for you.

Lloyd's Pharmacy is tucked away inside Sainsbury's Supermarket in Macclesfield, useful when you are doing some shopping. It is very small and of course does not stock everything you would expect in a chemist shop as Sainsbury's themselves sells those kind of products. However, you can get your prescription filled here and you can purchase some over the counter medications. There is a consultation service available where you can talk with a qualified pharmacist about any medical issues you have.

Dr's asked us to choose a pharmacy recently for our prescriptions to go to. We nearly always went to this Pharmacy anyway so it wasn't a very difficult choice. The service we get is always fast and efficient and there is one particular assistant named Bryony who is excellent, she always has a ready smile, is very approachable and easy to talk to, nothing seems to be any problem for her in providing help and assistance with any queries, absolutely brilliant.
