I have rented several properties from Mike and Claire, they have always been accommodating and done their best to find me the property that suited my needs/price. If any issues (not really any), they are dealt with immediately. Would recommend Janhill anytime

We have been renting from Janhill Ltd for over 4 years and find Mike & Claire to be really good landlords, the only complaint I would say we do have is car parking spaces, but Mike does assure me that he is working on getting us a 2nd space. Overall though Janhill Ltd are a really good company to rent from, they attend to any complaints or repairs in good time and always easy to contact.

I've dealt with Mike and Clair for years on the commercial stuff renting offices from them with different companies. Pricings very reasonable and they have some nice and unusual properties. They are improving all the property portfolio though and some of the newly renovated offices are really nice. So just hoping they do the rest of our building next!
