The service from this store is awful, I went on boxing day and found myself arguing with at least 3 members of staff over the lack of PC's for sale, excuses ranged from covid to the size of the store. After I'd left the store my pal heard them slagging me off, they didnt realise he was with me. I've since ordered one online to be delivered to the store and delivery is taking forever, no emails and no tracking and again they are using covid as the excuse for poor service.

I have tried to buy online. I managed to place a item in the basket but when you come to pay for the item I was unable to pay for the item. This has happened everytime I have tried to buy from Curry's online. Everytime I've had to remove the item. Your online website is a joke and you don't seem to want to resolve this issue. So I have now given up trying to buy from Curry's online. I tried to speak to someone about this and you just didn't understand my question. What a complete waste of time.
