Our house is beautiful, light and airy with large windows. We received excellent customer service from start to finish. Always had issues sorted same day or next for smaller ones. They were hit with lockdown very shortly after us moving in but still completed every outside job we requested of them and had agreed on previously to getting the keys and important indoor ones following government guidelines. Despite being a new build, the floorboards don't creak and the house is sturdy and soundproof, warm in Winter and cool in Summer so correctly insulated. Plastering is neat as well as tiling, roof is neat and I'll repeat any understandable small issues we did have were quickly rectified after our family of 4 test running a house which has had hundreds of hours spent constructing with many tradesmen's input. I was brought up in a family of tradesmen and I am happy with the finish and service. Thanks Macbryde Homes! We love it!
