Thoroughly enjoyed it. We have been many times, and the food is always great. The chips and salsa are never ending (also fresh and good). The waitstaff are always right there to refresh drinks, and make sure all is well. Prices are decent, also. We have never had a bad experience. I would and have recommend Macayo's to friends.

I have always loved this place. I frequented the Macayo's on Central, it was my favorite. Food an drinks are delicious an still getting better all the time.
We came for happy hour. Ordered the nachos for a starter which were good. The beer was cold. The margarita was good but weak. My wife brought her Chi Chi mug. Unfortunately drinks must be served in their glasses but our server gave us the Chi Chi mug price. We ordered tacos but were too full to eat them there. Our server packed them in a togo box. There were people waiting by the time we left.
I'll admit I'm a bit biased, I've been going to Macayo's for 20 years, and never had a bad experience. But this location deserves special recognition. The wait staff is absolutely top notch, even the busboys are friendly and helpful. The food is typical Macayo's: Mexican perfection
These ladies hosting the seating didn't bother putting me on the correct list when I specifically said I wanted to go to happy hour. They told me it would be another 30 minute wait after I had been there for 45 minutes with my 2 kids waiting. Was one of my regular places to go, but Im never coming here again because of this.
