Tried Maples BBQ this weekend for the first time. As a bit of a BBQ aficionado, I tried not to come in with any expectations. Unfortunately, the food I ordered left little to be desired. The RIB tasted as if they had been cooked in a conventional oven and re heated as opposed to cooked over a pit. It appears they heavily sauced it to compensate the flavor. However, the sauce was that good. The Mac & Cheese was absolutely Mac & Cheese from hours ago if not the previous day. The green beans were OK, but only satisfactory to the rest of the order. The dessert at the location was Unfortunately the same as the main course. The banana pudding was almost a yogurt texture and not that great. I know there are various banana pudding recipes, so I want critique it too much. Overall, 2 out ot 5 for me.

The best Barbecue bar none!!
Didn't like the Mac and cheese. It has boiled eggs chopped in there. Didn't taste good. Pinto beans is good. They were out of ribs and chicken so......yeah. Their lemonade is good.
Usually has good food however recently the barbecue ribs have not been good. Baked beans were not good. Get back to your old reputation! I would like to try.your food again!
Veggie meal, small portions, bigger price, long time neighborhood spot. Polite staff. Potholes out front, be careful
