NOT A GOOD SERVICES THIS COMPANY. I WAS LOST 50 THOUSAND PESOS..AND MY TICKET WAS EXPIRED DUE TO THIS COMPANY HAS NEVER BEEN CONCERN TO THEIR CLIENTS AFTER THEY COLLECT THE MONEY
Very poor custumer service. Can't reach agent when we need to talk to them gave us dirty with bed bugs hotel. We will not recommend this travel agency to anyone. Attach are some pictures taken from the hotel
Thank you Shadow Travel Tours for a fantastic vacation! We had a wonderful time at all of our destinations. Everything was great and we couldn't have been happier! I hope to visit Hongkong again and I would definitely recommend Shadow Travel and Tours to anyone.
This should be NO STAR but I have to give so I can post my terrible experience! I entrusted our 1st family out of the country tour to this agency and got very disappointed. On our 3rd day, our schedule is city tour. On our itinerary, the driver should pick us up at 8:50 am. We were at the lobby of the hotel at 8:30 am. But the driver showed up at 10:00 am!! We tried to contact the number of customer service on Singapore stated on our itinerary but it was not working!! The driver said that he informed our agent that he will pick us up at 10am, but nobody notified us!! We wasted our time waiting!! We were only able to visit few places, not even the half of what's in our itinerary!
They are very accommodating and friendly. Great customer service from answering my inquiries until my flight booking. Thumbs up for this company. :) :D
They don't deserve even 1 star. We were stucked here in Coron due to typhoon and all the tours were cancelled. We took the full Package Flight-Hotel-Tour worth 28k pesos. We were trying to contact our agent from SM Clark but no answer. Poor coordination even the hotel where we stayed couldn't reach them to confirm who is gonna take care of our hotel-airport transfer. Never again with this agency trying to look big with their marketing but so unprofessional . Now we gotta beg them for our tour package refund God help us if there is anybody who could assist us.
