An entire hot pizza accidentally spilled on my bare foot. The manager laughed at the situation and told me “it’s not my fault!”.....the incident could have been dealt with in a more professional manner.....

Pizza was thin again, not thick like it use to be. Overcooked. And no mushrooms on my veggie supreme pizza. Second time in a row now my pizza sucked from this place. I don't know what happened there. Probably new management/employees that don't know how to make pizza. I'm done with you now. Disappointing.
Ordered online for pickup, pickup time was 14:23 got my food around 15:37. The cashier said she called out my order. I was just sitting in front of them but heard nothing. I dont know, maybe she whispered my name? I would give 0 star but thats not an option. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

very bad service! i placed my order at past 6pm, they said it will ve delivered from 45 mins to 1 hours, and as of posting this its 8.25pm, almost 2 hours late, called them again to follow up, they said they will call the delivery man and they will call me up to give update, but then, they never called, so i called again, they said they cant reach the riders phone, so they gaved his number to me, so i called him up just to tell me that his wheels gets flat, duh! how can u not get a hold of your riders phone!! well no wonder! ur getting lots of bad reviews!
I placed my order and was informed that the order will arrive in an hour which I agreed to. They called me after 10 minutes to tell me that it will arrive in an hour and a half instead. Telling me that our place is too far (which bybthe way, not my first time ordering, they already delivered to our place twice with no issues). Again, I agreed to that hour and a half delivery time. After hanging up, they called again, which I think is the delivery guy, asking me for directions, which I provided. Delivery guy added: “pangatlo pa po kasi kayo...” and I thought “so you want me to cancel the order instead?”. So I asked wht about it? And they replied with “medyo malalate lang po, meron pa po kasi ako dedeliver sa clark”. I don’t think you should be telling your customers this. Calling me back just to tell me you have a lot of deliveries without assuring your customers that you will still do your best to deliver what was ordered. In the end, I just cancelled my order since thay call made me feel like that’s your goal in the first place.
