Bad service. Makes you wait long then say you can't get your package because your middle name is not included in the package even though I have the tracking number. Why didn't they say to the sender what should be filled in the forms? Also the staffs do not know their equipments. Having trouble printing and getting stressed calling all including their manager when they don't check if the printer is on. What do you call that? We waited 2 hours for that and she does not listen to us when we are trying to help the staff
