Reservation is an absolute nightmare. There's no definite inclusions when we booked a function hall here. The other staff said that we are given a free 1 night accommodation to their rooms as we booked one of their largest function halls, but when we are at the location already, and about to check out, we were asked for an additional 1,500 pesos just for the room. The first staff who have given us the free room is not on duty so we only spoke to that one who is on duty and they were telling us that there were no notes on our booking about this. Anyway, function hall is smoking hot!!! Electric fans around the hall are nonsense. Also, we thought that there is a swimming pool view beside our hall \Kian's Hall\ and yes there is, but it's fenced!! It's part of the OTHER hall! Totally not expected. I don't recommend this place.
