This is a big Subdivision with still lots of open spaces. The problem is the residents have no access to clean water. The water that comes from the deep well is always dirty. Another major concern is the security situation. There are many robberies and house break ins. The management was very slow to respond to the security needs of the residents. Recently, they are increasing the perimeter fences only after the homeowners association pressured them.

Buena Vista is truly a magnificent place. We came their to see the location and I can't ask for more. The way the houses were built were amazing. Amenities are also good. Security is 24/7 ensuring that you can live a safety living there. I also love the surroundings. It's relaxing. The thing that I love the most is that Buena Vista is not that far from Metro Manila where I work. Maximum of 1 1/2 hours of transport. Overall, it provided what I really want in a house. I am about to purchase one unit there.
We saw Buena Vista last week when we scheduled our tripping to see the house models. We are quite satisfied to what we saw. The whole community is clean and the climate is quite cold. Way too different from what we used to have in Metro Manila. I think this should be the best place for us since my family is living in San Fernando. I and my husband can get the kids to their Grandma and Grandpa in just 30 mins. Though I am not quite used to live in a province, I think I can make the adjustment in just a short period of time. This place is good.
Me and my parents visited the site, and we were all get caught by Lowella. We also like the style of Bianca and Daniela but we really love bungalow houses. And Lowella is a great place to live. We also love the environment in Mabalacat, Pampanga. The location is perfect because it is the only real estate project in pampanga that is nearest to the establishements in Mabalacat. I think my parents would be considering buying a house in Buena Vista since they are looking for a house that is not too far from Metro Manila.
