If I could give this a negative rating I would! They said the parcel had been undelivered because our residence is close which isn't true enough. I've been in my house those past 2 days there are no sign of delivery! They could should inform us if the parcel is already in our door step but again they didn't! I hate this! Too much of a hassle, now I need to goto your branch sacrifing my time! I had never experienced this before, a complete BS!

Been here to pick up my COD parcel. Kase baka macancel nanaman at bulik sa seller. Mabait naman nga personnel nila. Sadyang magulo lang systema.
Nagtext kayo na ide deliver na yung iter/parcel na inorder ko online..pero till now wala..tas nagupdate kayo na bad address sa logistics tracking...pangalawang order ko na to from the same shop..ngayon lang nagkaloko loko..anu ba yan..
