Was introduced to this shop via their DPD pickup option. Then decided to try out some of their services. They beautifully repaired the leather casing of a watch of mine. Fast and friendly service plus a fair price deserves 5/5 stars. Good for international customers as they speak fluent English. Keep up the great work!

Went in hoping to see what my options were for repairing patent-lacquered shoes and coloured calfskin wallet. The owner was truly professional and very honest about what was realistic to expect from such complicated materials. He wasn't even paid a penny, but still shared his expert recommendations on my leather goods with good humour. Based on other clients who were also in the store at the time, his service seemed to be top! I will definitely be visiting ONLY this place from now on for any leather/shoe repairs.

High quality leather and shoe goods, and really helpful service! I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. You can also get keys cut here, and it's a DHL packet point.
Terrible. Second bad experience! A DPD parcel was delivered there for me to open. Closed Carnival Monday and Tuesday..okay but the Wednesday after Carnival as well and telling me that is a holiday??? Called on the Thursday to make sure my parcel was still there as that was the deadline day for pick up, they said yes it was there, went over and it was not, they sent it back....even though I called and gave my name. And they are there cobfused looking at lists like they do not know what is there from what is not...so unprofessional. DPD please get another pick-up point. DERBY IS TERRIBLE
