Unfriendly staff and poor policies makes Blokker a store to be taken off from your shopping list. Things I didn't like about this store and Blokker: 1. Different staff gives different instructions/information for the same question, thereby misleading you. 2. Picking up online orders from this store is a pain. I had to wait more than 20 minutes while the staff figured out where my order is. 3. The store gives out faulty products. There is a mistake on my part as well: Though I was given a product with tampered packaging (looked already opened), I didn't ask for another piece right away. 4. Online orders does not come with a paper receipt, only a receipt by email That is a good policy. But here is the twist: If you have to return the product, they will not accept the digital receipt. They will make you go back and print the email receipt on paper because the need it for administration!!! While whole of Netherlands and most of humanity is going environment friendly, this is one company who looks the other way with its beurocratic processes. My experience with the store and the company doesn't give me any positive points to write. Sorry!
