I can’t recommend this company. We made an offer from a house and our offer was accepted by email. We started to prepare things with buying the house and then we just got an email after a week that our offer is not valid anymore because they took a bigger one - don’t officially accept one offer if you are not going to stick with it, because it’s not a small deal. Or at least tell the buyers that you are going to take more bids even one bid from the price is already accepted. Not a nice feeling when you have already been happy that you found the house of your dreams and your offer was accepted and then when you start to prepare the paperwork you get the email that you are out.

Onlangs ons huis binnen 3 weken verkocht met Prins Makelaardij. Een realistische prijs, goede foto's en teksten hebben ons oude huis goed in de aandacht gezet. Tijdens het verkoopproces werden wij goed op de hoogte gehouden van de voortgang en over de bezichtigingen. Ook was deze makelaar goed bereikbaar voor vragen en ondersteuning. Ik zou deze makelaar zeker aanbevelen.
