My order came incomplete due to poor packaging from the brand(not the store), I could still use the product but I informed Appelhoes that this happened in case there was more issues with future customers. They promptly sent me another order although I stated I didn’t need it. Great customer service by Jordy! Recommend!

Rarely experienced such poor customer service. When you make a purchase, they are the first to respond, but as soon as something is wrong with the purchased product, there is no reply what so ever. Very bad experience, never buy here again! 08/05/2020 Update, now they say I never contacted them...well, I have contacted them several times, by e-mail, telephone and whatsapp. Never have I ever received a targeted answer.
