I regretted hiring this company. Work was completed slowly, it was very difficult to communicate, and he sometimes did work without authorising the quote. He got angry once when I suggested moving a meeting slightly so I did not keep him waiting, then he turned up very late himself, with after dinner mints from a long lunch. I was very relieved to get the keys back from him.
