At the moment I have been training with Jon for 3 months. My goal is to lose weight, feel fitter and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Excelent trainer, the best! I did 6 months of intense training, in preparation for my ultramarathon. I noticed major improvements, I build up the necessary muscles. I have now, no pain in my knees after long runs. I wasn't the only one noticing the changes in my body, which makes it even better. Jon quickly managed to read me, he imediately knew how to make me push. I don't need motivation to do good, I need motivation to be the best I can. Sometimes, didn't feel I could do it, but he pushed and pushed and showed me how far I can go. Highly recommend, Jon personal commitment goals achieved!!
Ik vond Jon via het internet en zocht een trainer waarvoor je tot het uiterste wil gaan en die je motiveert en eerlijk is. In relatief korte tijd wilde ik topfit worden voor mijn bruiloft en wat kilo's kwijt. Dit is mij dan ook in korte tijd gelukt. De eerste twee weken waren pittig maar Jon maakt de trainingen gezellig en leerzaam. Ik ben mij nu veel bewuster van wat ik eet en wat voor oefeningen ik allemaal kan doen. Jon heeft humor en heeft echt oog voor jouw als persoon. Zeker een aanrader! I found Jon over the internet and was looking for a trainer who wants to push you to the limit and who motivates you and is honest. In a relatively short time I wanted to get top fit for my wedding and lose some pounds. I did this in a short time. The first two weeks were tough, but Jon makes the training sessions fun and educational. I am now much more aware of what I eat and what exercises I can do. Jon has humor and really has an eye for you as a person. Highly recommended!
