In one word: service, service and more service. But also: good advice, clear bills, no surprises. We live nowhere near this garage, but we keep coming back to them for our car repairs. They always take the time to explain what needs to be done in detail, so that I know exactly what will be on the bill. Once, I wanted to learn more about what's under the hood of my car, and they organized a workshop for me and my friends. Service, they said. Once, I picked up my Mom because her car needed repairs, and they noticed my headlight was broken. They fixed it on the spot. Service, they said. But to be honest, what I like most about this garage is how they make us feel when we walk in. They really take the time to get to know you as a customer, make sure you get value for your money, help you make the right decisions (even if that means no repairs), and make you feel welcome. That, in this day and age, is priceless. (Also, it's right by the highway and there's a gas station on site. Pretty useful!)

Not a reliable maintainence partner. Sold a second-hand car to a family member and claimed it had recently undergone service. Shortly after the sale, multiple mechanical issues were discovered, and the company claimed that there had only been a limited service, and that they did not feel liable for any of the issues. Buyer beware!

Een storing waar andere dealers niet uitkwamen zeer snel en vakkundig verholpen. En dat voor maar 100 euro! En natuurlijk een bakje koffie gekregen van de dames, nogmaals bedankt voor de service!
Ik had mij hier iets anders van voorgesteld. Wanneer ik bij mijn dealer in Amsterdam kwam om mijn auto weg te brengen werd er aangeboden om mij naar de metrohalte te rijden. Nu werd er alleen gezegd, zet u hem daar maar neer, we bellen wel als het klaar is. Na drie uur gebeld, de monteur had er mee gereden, maar kon niets vinden, ik kon hem weer ophalen. Er was niets met mijn auto aan de hand zei men tegen mij - 45 jaar beroepschauffeur op vrachtwagens en bussen geweest - alles was goed. Nu rij ik nog steeds in een automatische auto die bij 30 km in zo in zijn vierde versnelling schiet. Het is geen rijden, en zo was het niet in het begin. Dus ben ik tevreden? Nee natuurlijk...
