They a are third-party Wifi vendor for Landal, their service so far has been poor at best. First of all it started with having no Wifi at all, since the access point actually was dead. Resetting it did not work, the access point was literally dead. When calling the support, they said would look into issue and call me back when they knew more. They never called back. So I decided to go to reception at Landal, and have them sort it out with M3Connect. Eventually they swapped the dead access point for another one, this solved the problem of not being able to the connect to wifi at all. But the network itself it very unstable and there is a high packet loss of 18/19% on average on ping request. The same high packet loss can be noticed when using online services/games at require stable line. Resulting in major lag but also random disconnects at various intervals. Some times halve a minute other times 10 – 15 minutes. In all the service and connection is far from premium while the price is pretty premium at 30,- a week.

Aktuell nutze ich während eines Reha-Aufenthaltes WLAN über m3connect. Mit der gebotenen Leistung und vor allem mit den Servicemitarbeitern der Hotline bin ich unzufrieden. Regelmäßig \fliege\ ich sozusagen aus der Leitung, obwohl mein Gerät \verbunden\ anzeigt. Die Mitarbeiter der Hotline scheinen von mir schon genervt, obwohl ich nur zu meinem Recht kommen möchte. Dafür gibt's nur ein traurig . Angeblich bin ich online, obwohl ich keine Daten ziehe. Anbieter nicht empfehlenswert

Sitze im V8 Hotel in Köln und nutze seit längerem wieder mal ein kostenloses WLAN was gut funktioniert. Die Neugier brachte mich auch ihre Seite. Großes Lob an die m3connect.
