Fabulous chef and professional team. Mike regularly works with us and is a reliable, innovative and talented chef. Most recently we hosted his Pop Up Burns Night at our pub, absolutely delicious menu and unlike tasting menus we’ve tried elsewhere, we definitely didn’t need to send out for fish & chips afterwards.
It was a real pleasure to co-host our first Pop Up Restaurant at Brickhouse Vineyard with Mike Welsh, the very talented Devon chef. The food was superb, the portions generous, the service impeccable and all staff friendly and willing to go the extra mile. All guests had a fantastic time and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening!
