Martin and the team were on time, quick and professional from start to finish - they took all the stress out of our move and loaded up our removals quickly and efficiently. Even bought them a McDonalds breakfast for a mid morning break :) Also disassembled wardrobes and reassembled in the new house. Would highly recommend!
I can thoroughly recommend Martin and his excellent team. They were polite, friendly, professional and expertly moved my Mom's house contents and even made sure she had a bed to sleep on and a sofa to sit on before they left. Thank you guys for your patience, you helped my Mom through a difficult day for her.
Martin from the initial phone call and booking was very responsive. During the lockdown period Martin booked our removal at short notice to meet our needs as a family. His work ethic was brilliant. Martin on arrival got on with the removal work immediately and helped also to disassemble our furniture and rebuild it without any fuss. His team showed the same work ethic and have a good role model and leader in Martin. Overall Martin helped to ease our stress of moving homes. I will definitely be using M Hall Removals & Storage again and would highly recommend this company.
Martin and his team were excellent in every way. Informative, punctual, friendly, careful and considerate with our belongings. We had an issue getting our sofas into our new property but Martin took off/replaced the arm of the sofa and the situation was successfully resolved. Our access was unusual so it was easier for the smaller vans to access the property. They were excellent value and I would not hesitate to strongly recommend the services of Martin Hall and his team to anyone. @ Martin, should you put a 'guide to successful packing' on your web site? It might make life easier for your customers and especially for your team?
Really good service, good communication before the moving date and turned up when they said they would on the day. Friendly and professional throughout, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone moving home. Got our house packed up, moved and into our new home efficiently and smoothly despite it raining all day, with no mess at either end. Very happy with the service.
Absolutely blown away at how brilliant Martin and Kev were today with our house move! Both made it look effortless! Couldn't recommend them enough.. Genuinely over the moon how wonderful they've made our move.
This review is long overdue - we used Martin and his team to move house from Birmingham to Warwickshire a year ago. They did a fantastic job. They turned up spot on time, fitted everything into the two luton vans they came in, took great care of our belongings and unloaded so quickly. They even helped move furniture into the spot we wanted in each room. Top team and I would definitely use them again.
