It is utterly appalling. I have been queuing since 7.30, so two hours, and am still only twelfth in the queue. I am very very cold and angry. Disappointed does cover this. Omnishambles. Disgrace. No stars at all

Was sent the wrong order and made to pay the difference (90). we wanted to return and they said they couldn't take it back due to H&S. At least now I know for future ref that legally I shouldn't be expected to pay for 'unsolicited goods'.
