It is utterly appalling. I have been queuing since 7.30, so two hours, and am still only twelfth in the queue. I am very very cold and angry. Disappointed does cover this. Omnishambles. Disgrace. No stars at all

Staff are brilliant. Meats are superlative
Wonderful service and wonderful meat - thank you for being such a help delivering to us over the shut down. Thank you again !
Was sent the wrong order and made to pay the difference (90). we wanted to return and they said they couldn't take it back due to H&S. At least now I know for future ref that legally I shouldn't be expected to pay for 'unsolicited goods'.
