Chips tasted ok. Fish was disappointingly thin and appeared bigger than it actually was. For 6.5, it was not worth it. I don't understand the other reviews here that claim it's so great. I actually made a visit because of these reviews. This standard of fish and chips would be considered bad anywhere in England.
Excellent service, excellent portion size, good prices, good customer service and most of all tasty fish and chips. Carton of curry sauce was amazing
As a chef I very rarely cook at home. The cod in batter is one of the best I have ever had. And the curries are outstanding. This place is an institution.
