I hate to leave a lower rating than all the previous 5 star ratings but I have to admit that we didn’t have the perfect experience with M&A cleaning services. The quote for our house (just downstairs) was fairly reasonable. 4 cleaners ended up coming which did end up being more than we were quoted, but that would have been fine if the service had been of excellent standard. However, we didn’t believe that the cleaning was thorough, as we noticed corners and areas that had very clearly been missed. For most of the time that the cleaners were here they cleaned the kitchen, so unfortunately they only spent around 30 minutes doing the living/dining room and the downstairs bathroom. Overall we weren’t too impressed with the actual cleaning. In addition, there were some other issues. We were told by management that the cleaners could also do the upstairs bathroom, but then the cleaners themselves refused and said they didn’t have time. Then when the job was finished they didn’t seem to be getting picked up by anyone, and sat on our driveway for over an hour!!! We found that uncomfortable and unprofessional. The cleaners spoke no English, which did make it hard to communicate with them, as they couldn’t understand us when we asked if we could use the kitchen for example. I don’t know why we didn’t receive the amazing cleaning services that all the other reviewers did, but maybe it was just a one off poor job.

The service I received was perfect. My house needed a proper cleaning after 4 months of us all (4) working and studying at home all day long due to the lockdown. The house is big and very full of everything. Julia estimated it would take 2 people 4 hours to clean it, and she was spot on. Two very efficient and professional ladies turned up at the expected time, and after 4 hours my house was unrecognisable. The dust which was on every shelf and in every corner was gone, the shower cabin was sparkling. Everywhere a pleasant smell of clean. My mum could not stop admiring the cooker and stainless steel kitchen sink, shining. Very good service, very quick in responding and arranging their visit, extremely reasonably priced. No doubt I shall use them again.
