Excellent service, efficient, friendly, professional, reliable, patient, polite, always greated personally by name. Family run business who has served my family as far back as I can recall. I will always return with my family/ as long as it remains in their family.
Excellent service from the Tonypandy branch. Eyes tested Friday, glasses ready on the Monday. When I accidentally broke the arm off, the optitian went to great lengths to replace the arm for me, free of charge. I would not go anywhere else.
