Habe am 17.12. meine Reisetasche mit Geldbeutel, etc. im ICE i. FR Essen stehen lassen. Durch das Engagement des DB Fundservice und die freundliche Hilfe der Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, war meine Tasche bereits am 20.12. wieder zurück. Für die problemlose Abwicklung möchte ich mich auf diesem Weg nochmal bedanken. Ein frohes Fest & einen guten Beschluss !
