It was a good place where I got my first footing to learning the German language Deutsch as it is known here. I will say my teacher was a nice woman. So many classes and subjects ranging from Language, Sewing classes ( that was so interesting ), Computer Lessons and Adult education. The learning atmosphere is also condusive and neat. For students with wheel chair there is no lift going to the upper classes. I guess they would have to use the lower rooms. There is a toilet facility for the students also. All enquiries to yearly study plan can be made at the Secretariat in the building or found in the Vhs Magazine which one can get at the Information Stand of the City Hall.
