Such a lovely guy - my phone repair was a quick fix so he didn't want to charge me, in spite of the fact businesses have been hit by covid and closed for months and need the money. Will buy all my accessories and chargers from here in future instead of Amazon. I also notice from earlier reviews that someone has complained around being asked to wear a mask - just to note that I am exempt from wearing a mask, I had my exemption card in my hand and the shop did not query this or embarrass me at all. So any reviews regarding rudeness over masks suggests to me that it is not the shop that are being deliberately akward, as is being suggested

The rudest and most totally unhelpful shop keeper I've ever come across. I needed advice on a mobile I'd just bought there and told him in advance I suffered from aphasia (stroke) and have difficulty in communication. His aggressive response and total lack of support left me speechless. I don't usually complain (maybe he had got out of bed on the wrong side or something) but this was totally over the top.

Fab service!! I was told the phone couldn’t be fixed by a van service that came out to the house but I took it to Lytham Communications & they managed to retrieve all the data & fix the issue. Would thoroughly recommend
