Wanted something for pots at our newly purchased caravan, we were spoilt for choice. Lovely plants at reasonable prices & well tended. This will not be my last visit here.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection of healthy plants and a good selection of quality garden stuff. Also has a coffee machine and some cakes.
VERY tidy place
A great selection of plants over shadowed by rude and unhelpful staff. Wanted to buy a lot of compost and bags of shingle alongside a not insignificant number of plants. When I asked a member of staff to assist me with lifting the heavier items into a trolley I was told that the staff member was \too busy\ to help. I of course said that means I wont be able to make the purchase. To that I was told I should take my business elsewhere. Surprised by this, when at the till we asked why nobody was around to help. Again the staff were curt - \it's hard work isn't it?\ was the sarcastic response with not an offer to help. The lack of service meant I wasn't able to purchase what I came for (as I couldn't lift it). I will follow the staff's own advice and take my business elsewhere in future.
Fantastic place. For a relatively small garden centre, there is plenty of choice and every one of the very many plants we've plants we've bought have been really well developed and cared for. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to give customers their time and good advice. We rarely visit other garden centres and we most definitely recommend Lyonshall Nurseries.
