His survey was remarkably thorough and he talked me through his findings as he went and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent through the whole process. I got in touch with Chris from Lynwoods when I was selling my dads house to give me a survey report. Chris come to the property and he was very professional and went through all the details of what the survey entailed. Within a matter of days the report was finished and emailed to me and to say I was impressed is a understatement.
