I finally had enough with my Harley, when the bolt to my seat rattled off. I spoke with Jarrod at the Motoplex and was immediately guided in the right direction. Jarrod is extremely knowledgeable answering all of my questions as he lead me across the showroom. He understands how to match the right bike for YOU specifically. He personally wheeled out several bikes for me to test ride and after thoroughly explaining all the features of the bikes let me take them for a spin to make my choice. This place is AWESOME!!! I spoke with John Heale and he made my purchase real easy. My wife and I are looking forward to all the new adventures we will have on our new Enduro motorcycles. The dealership was spotless and all of the other employees I spoke with were great as well.
I love motorcycles. They have motorcycles. Honestly I've had mixed experiences at this shop over the years but overall it is a nice place with a reasonable selection and prices. Even though we were wearing masks I chose to believe that the employees were smiling and friendly. They did have quite a few people cleaning the place so that was good to see if a little inconvenient to walk around.
Thom was very thorough and quickly took care of my bike. I enjoyed him taking that extra time to explain things to me and giving that personal touch to the service appt. He also offered future options should I continue to experience any issues. Thanks.
Love this place, not pushy with sales, very nice, and great selection. Front desk could be more helpful but that might be asking a lot. My partner and I shop here often and always come back for bike to be serviced.
